Terrible, Worst experience of my life! (And I've lived in the Hurricane Capital of the United States for the past 30 years, I had to deal with Car Salesmen in the 70s). AND IT"S NOT OVER YET! After two months of Auto rental fees and 8 out and out lies (Two of which came directly from someone claiming to be a manager), 9 times I was told my engine was on a truck, not only was I not offered any kind of compensation for having to rent a car for 6 weeks longer than I should have, but now (after another 3 months), I'm being completely ignored about returning my core engine, now I have a Mechanic trying to get me to get my engine out of his garage. 5 months and I'm not done doing business with this place. I am literally being forced to hire an attorney to get an address to ship my core engine, and for shipping charges and core fees.
