These guys are crooks with countless of complaints dating as far back as 10 or 11 years. The number of consistent complaints since that time is unbelievable. They took $2680.00 from us and sent us a rebuilt motor that has a horrible knocking sound and our mechanic says it's a crap motor and company should send us another one. Engine & Transmission World will not make it right...they don't even return messages. It's absolutely UNBELIEVABLE. Sancho is supposedly the "supervisor" but we've left at least 6-10 messages and he has not called back since. Cindy just says she will pass it to Sancho and Scott never returns calls either.
