I purchased a transmission less than a year ago for my 2013 nissan sentra and as of now still falls under the 1 yr warranty. The transmission was a piece of junk. The vehicle ran fine for 2 weeks and broke down. After replacing a few parts and seeing the same problem with the vehicle jerking and pulling when accelerating finally decided to drove it to a transmission shop where I was told the transmission was bad. I been trying to contact this company's claim department and Kimberly Pones appears to be playing games with me and not wanting to do anything to help out. I requested to talk to her superiors and 2 seconds later the phone hang up. I have tried several times now and she still playing games. At this point I believe this company scammed me. Any advice? I also searched google and there appears to be a legal case from years ago against this company with others. I am trying to get a least half my money back. Any advice helps tremendously. Thanks.
