I can't thank Alice and the Engine DIY team enough! My H75 arrived to me in the Northeast US with pretty significant shipping damage. Like the international flight didn't land, someone just threw the box out a window when they were close. I spun it over with my drill starter and crank internals seemed undamaged. I contacted Engine DIY and Alice replied very quickly. Alice andcthe team sent all the replacement parts I needed (brackets, ignition items and assorted screws) very quickly and kept me informed of the shipping details. Engine DIY obviously doesn't build the H75 or make the box for this so I'm sure these parts weren't in stock items with them, but they got it done! I've completed replacing everything and hoping to run soon. I'll update with my thoughts on the engine when I do, but I wanted to rate Engine DIY separately from the engine here with 10 plus stars!
