These guys do not send you the correct products you order even after specifically asking them in live chat if the product was in stock and that I didn’t want any replacement I waited over two weeks a lot of back and forth about them not receiving payment no confirmation email very unprofessional then after all this I received a UGL product of low quality when I told them I only wanted the Pharma grade product that I paid for be careful I don’t think these guys even stock pharmacy grade that they advertise they just send you lucky dip good luck I wouldn’t recommend to anybody. And in response to the reply I specifically spoke to customer service before placing my order and was told the product and brand was in stock I explained I didn’t want to order any other brand than the one I was paying for they confirmed it with me and told me to go ahead with my order now the response is saying an item of equal quality and effectiveness was sent this is not true a UGL brand was sent when I ordered pharmacy grade product this is not equal in any way at all if anything the replacement should have been another genuine pharmacy brand of the same item this would have been acceptable the only reply I got from them before leaving this review was “equal quality” that’s it and since leaving this review I have received a message from them telling me they have blacklisted me on their internal system avoid this company I’m highly pissed off wasted my money and time trying to deal with these guys and I should be expressing appreciation for actually receiving an item ?! Are these guys for real I paid top price for pharmacy grade 35 euro delivery and received a UGL I could of got in 2-3 days inside uk unbelievable honestly 😡
