These guys scammed my brother and I out of over €300. Specifically ordered from here as they had a wide range of pharmaceutical grade product and it looked legit with the pictures etc. how wrong I was. First red flag was they lied on the website about cash on delivery availability - it’s not. Then it’s a weird bank transfer you make to pay, then they claim they never received the payment despite the bank objectively proving they have. It’s an absurd scam, don’t make the mistake we did and either don’t buy these at all, or at the very least buy from a trustworthy seller. These guys are the opposite.
This site is a complete scam; purchasing here is a terrible decision. They fail to ship products and provide no communication. I've lost both money and time, being misled about my order's status, which never changed. They waste your time with promises of updates that go nowhere. Heed the warning from other negative reviews—this shop is fraudulent and should be avoided.

I’ve been scammed out of my money and time by these guys, telling me the parcel is coming despite that never being the case. Aswell as wasting my time telling me check back on certain dates. Despite them having made no progress. Do not buy from these guys take it from the other 1* reviews as this shop is a scam fraud shop to avoid by all means
These people are scammers, they never sent me my product and they lied about everything. Extremely unprofessional team. Complete scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Called England pharmacy but based in Spain with foreign customer service and no plans to ship your product. Do not use.
Please do not Buy from here. Save your money they are scammers. You will be told your payment never arrived and therefore they will never ship. I gave them time and the benefit of the doubt but nothing has come. Do NOT buy from these guys please do your due diligence and find somewhere else or your money will be stolen. Even look at the 5* reviews they are all fake.
Yeah don’t buy from these guys. Lost All my money and never got the product after weeks they gave me no update and just said they never got the money. Take my word for it these guys are not at all trustworthy, got scammed and now I’m out of over 250 quid.
They stole my money and never shipped the product it’s crazy. I regrettably sent them hundreds of euros for my order assuming that my money was protected as it was an online purchase. Wrong obviously and they’ve just taken my money and simultaneously lied they never received it. Don’t buy from here if you plan on actually receiving your orders or keeping your money. Worst purchasing mistake I’ve made in a while, don’t follow suit.
These guys do not send you the correct products you order even after specifically asking them in live chat if the product was in stock and that I didn’t want any replacement I waited over two weeks a lot of back and forth about them not receiving payment no confirmation email very unprofessional then after all this I received a UGL product of low quality when I told them I only wanted the Pharma grade product that I paid for be careful I don’t think these guys even stock pharmacy grade that they advertise they just send you lucky dip good luck I wouldn’t recommend to anybody. And in response to the reply I specifically spoke to customer service before placing my order and was told the product and brand was in stock I explained I didn’t want to order any other brand than the one I was paying for they confirmed it with me and told me to go ahead with my order now the response is saying an item of equal quality and effectiveness was sent this is not true a UGL brand was sent when I ordered pharmacy grade product this is not equal in any way at all if anything the replacement should have been another genuine pharmacy brand of the same item this would have been acceptable the only reply I got from them before leaving this review was “equal quality” that’s it and since leaving this review I have received a message from them telling me they have blacklisted me on their internal system avoid this company I’m highly pissed off wasted my money and time trying to deal with these guys and I should be expressing appreciation for actually receiving an item ?! Are these guys for real I paid top price for pharmacy grade 35 euro delivery and received a UGL I could of got in 2-3 days inside uk unbelievable honestly 😡
