I called customer service to ask a question about one of their blinds. The man I spoke to was incredibly rude, laughed at me when I made a mistake about the name of the pelmet, and couldn't give me an answer to my (pretty basic) question. I asked if someone else might know the answer and he hung up on me. I will now take my business elsewhere. Avoid this company!
