I called customer service to ask a question about one of their blinds. The man I spoke to was incredibly rude, laughed at me when I made a mistake about the name of the pelmet, and couldn't give me an answer to my (pretty basic) question. I asked if someone else might know the answer and he hung up on me. I will now take my business elsewhere. Avoid this company!

This company is absolutely horrendous. They yelled at me on the phone when I inquired about my undelivered items. After wasting weeks waiting for a product I paid for, I was offered a refund. I've never encountered such poor treatment before. The person I spoke to claimed to be the owner, which made me laugh as I couldn't understand how a business could operate this way. This is an awful place to obtain products!
