There is an item on their website right now listed as available which I paid for last night, only to receive an email today telling me that said item is unavailable with no replenishment offer from the manufacturer. They don't have the item is fine but what is not cool is the fact that every contact that I have made with them has just ended up with me either speaking to a machine or receiving an email directing me to another email directing me to another email!
