Truly appalling service, avoid like the plague. I placed an order in May and haven’t received anything by 25th of July. 150chf down the drain.Update 08/08/2025; The order was appallingly late several items were missing; the 3 Jamaica cakes were crushed and one taste showed they were disgusting despite me being a fan of them, they went straight in the bin along with the black pudding which despite being delivered frozen I had no confidence in the "cold chain" of it's preservation given the long delay in delivery, it also went straight in the bin. I ordered a Cadbury Easter egg you delivered a Curly Wurly which had clearly melted as had all the dark chocolate hob knobs, all of which went straight in the bin. You provide extra Guiness as a compensation but but I'll never use your company again.
