My name is Carolina. I enrolled in this course in last year. I paid for a full year, but unfortunately I barely used the platform. I didn’t complete the first module and only had one private lesson.
Due to serious family health issues, I was unable to continue. In most reputable companies, this situation would allow for a cancellation or at least some form of accommodation or refund. However, that option was not offered to me at that time.
Over the past several days, I’ve been trying to resolve this by requesting access to all private lessons I already paid for but never used.
I have reached out through multiple channels, including customer support, Instagram, and Facebook and I have not received a clear or helpful response.
It’s very disappointing to be treated this way as a paying customer. I am leaving this review in hopes that the company will finally acknowledge my case and provide a fair resolution.
