Fast forward: I was unhappy with the platform (poor teachers, unhelpful self-study material), so I wanted to cancel. The support team informed me: "Sure, you can cancel... but there's a 30% penalty fee." That's nearly $600. When I pointed out the advisor's promise, they claimed the "fine print" in the Terms & Conditions overrides any verbal commitments. The best part? I requested my call recording. They sent it, and the advisor is clearly lying about the cancellation terms to get me to sign up. When I provided the timestamp of the lie, they didn’t apologize—they just offered me a "15% discount" on the penalty. They are trying to charge me over $500 for a lie they acknowledged. TLDR: Advisors will say anything to get your information, then hide behind hidden fees.
Regrettably, my experience was very disappointing. The customer service was unprofessional and rude. When I mentioned that I needed time to think due to the high price, I was told, “What is there to think about if you already find it expensive?” and the call ended abruptly. This is an online course, yet the pricing is exorbitant—$1,200 for just six months. I do not recommend engaging with them.
