I bought a course based on the recommendation of their sales representative, but the next month, they charged me double without my permission! I'm convinced their trickery is hidden in the fine print they make you agree to. They enforced a mandatory year-long subscription and started charging immediately, with no option to cancel. To make matters worse, their website is dysfunctional! After a few lessons, my account was completely blocked, preventing me from logging in—leaving me unable to stop the subscription charges.
