If I could give -50 stars I would! This company is a real pain to deal with. They didn't have my tea in stock (backordered). OK fine. They offered me to cancel the order (which I did immediately, and asked for refund) and told them I would order somewhere else as I needed the tea rapidly. They said they would send my request for cancellation and someone should contact me (Nobody did). 2-3 days later as I had already received the other company's tea, they wrote me to say they now have received the tea and it's out for shipping to me!!! I reiterated that it was cancelled and that I didn't want the tea and they kept saying they couldn't stop the shipment. I sent them proof of my request for cancellation and they said AGAIN they could not stop it from being shipped. I requested someone contacted me to resolved the matter and no one contacted me except customer service again to tell me the exact same thing: it was too late to stop shipping! How can it be too late when it was already cancelled? They just don't want to solve the problem. I told them I would never buy again from them, and that is not how you do business! They just don't respond to that other than saying again: it was too late and impossible to stop the shipping. So, I told them I would not accept the package and would dispute the charge on my credit card. They responded with the exact same answer again!! So, the package has been shipped and is on its way to me even though I had cancelled my order when they didn't even have the tea in stock!!
