I purchased a bike from an EU webshop, and it developed a critical safety issue: it randomly accelerated without any pedaling or throttle input. This problem arose during normal use, including in assist modes. In walk-assist, the bike surged forward unexpectedly, reaching speeds far beyond walking pace, which posed a danger in traffic and led to a near-collision. I reached out to the support team and provided evidence through videos and photos. The bike remains unrepaired to maintain this evidence. I've also submitted a formal safety report to the relevant authority for evaluation. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this product.
