Serious Safety Concerns with My Recent Purchase

I purchased a bike from the company's EU webshop, and it developed a significant safety issue: it randomly accelerates without any pedaling or throttle input. This problem occurred during regular use, even in PAS mode and walk-assist. In walk-assist mode, the bike has surged forward multiple times, reaching speeds far exceeding walking pace without any input. This poses a serious danger in traffic, and I found myself in a near-collision situation. I reached out to the support team and documented the issue with videos and photos. The bike remains unrepaired to keep the evidence intact. Additionally, I have submitted a formal safety report to the relevant safety authority for evaluation. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this product.
