The bike has arrived quickly and without any defects. The service staff have all been very helpful and quick to respond. I've even got a phone holder as a bonus ;)My bike had a problem with downloading a software update (Engine 3.0), but it was resolved remotely by Engwe staff in a matter of a day. The available discounts are also very generous and, as of end of 2025, very easily accessable.
