I am new at this sport,just got my M20 ebike about a month ago but sofar i am very happy with it.I will order a second battery to give me greater range.Engwe has a great customer support.I had many questions after i had it assembled and everytime i asked a question the next day i had a reply from them.Exelent customer support.
