When my ENGWE L20 electric bike stopped working, I really appreciated the support I received. They sent me a new motor, and even when that didn’t resolve the issue, I later found out the controller was the actual problem—replacing it finally fixed everything. That said, I do think the communication could be improved. Some of the English in your responses could be clearer, and it took a full day to get a reply after I responded to your email. Still, overall, great support—5/5 stars! 😊
