Very Dissatisfied with Order Process

I placed an order for a bike three weeks ago, and after some initial delays, it was finally shipped. However, a mistake occurred upon arrival, and it was returned to the seller. After additional delays, I was told I must wait another week because the bike is out of stock. I'm very frustrated with the service provided.

Poor Quality Experience

My experience with this bike has been very disappointing. Even minor bumps cause it to feel unstable, and the pedal sensor broke just from going over speed bumps. The tires puncture easily, and the battery life is much shorter than expected. Additionally, the bike is very heavy, making it impractical for daily use. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable everyday bike.

Exceptional Support Experience

I accidentally ordered a bike that won't be available until December. I contacted the support team, and they provided a solution, allowing me to receive my bike earlier than expected. The delivery date was set for November 24th, but it arrived on the 21st. Great support!

Terrible Experience

I need a new battery charger, but they don't have any available! Additionally, the customer support keeps asking for information and photos of the bike, battery, and charger, which I have sent multiple times. I'm unsure if they are just unwilling to admit they don't have a replacement charger, but this situation is very confusing. My experience has been terrible, despite other positive reviews.
