Just read Engwe posting and want to st things straight. I did leave positive feedback after getting bike and putting together. Saved up to get it. I live on V.A. disability, I'm a disabled veteran. Engwe did give $ . Yes the bike is 2022 and yes I waited to long. But when your gimped up with electric bike I'm clueless on repairs. Shops in my state of Arizona charge $105.00 per hour to repair. Who has that kind of money on disability. No joke all put together and nothing. Try to get support on issue, good luck. If it's changing parts there great to trouble shoot wich part needs replaced next. WHO WOULDN'T BE A LITTLE BIT IRATE ABOUT THIS MESS.
