Purchased a ENGWE EP-2 PRO bike from their website 5 weeks ago. Yesterday the bike completely stopped working whilst travelling to work. I have been trying to contact them directly without any success. There doesn’t seem to be a direct contact number for customer service support, only an email address. I have sent two emails without any response. I’m going away next week on a biking holiday so need this resolved urgently. There products are expensive and I expect efficient after care support. This is completely unacceptable!
