Very satisfied, I ordered an M1 with two batteries, but ended up receiving a single-battery version with the second battery in a separate package. The screws needed to install the second battery holder were missing. Engwe apologized and offered to refund me the cost of the screws, while also agreeing to make a commercial gesture for the wait and the fact that I had to install the wiring myself, which was not planned. I thought that was professional and nice of them. Regarding the products (I have an E26 and an M1), I am also very satisfied with the value for money of the bikes. In short, it's nice that the brand follows up, and the after-sales service has been good.
