I purchased an Engwe M20 2.0 e-bike and it arrived in terrible condition. The front chainring was completely bent and unusable, and the brakes have a serious malfunction that makes the bike unsafe to ride.To make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely awful. I’ve reached out multiple times, and they have refused to replace the bike or take responsibility for the damage.This has been a horrible experience — I strongly advise everyone to avoid this brand and save yourself the money and frustration.
