I reached out to them and they give me some support and they even sent me a controller and Motor which I took to the repair shop, but they told me that they cannot fix it and I reach back to Engwe I reached back to them and they support which it helped me very much they send me some videos which I watch, And I can able to fix the bike by myself which I’m grateful thank you very much #Engwe
