Really great service from purchase to delivery. I had a couple of questions after receiving the bike (nothing bad, just some technical questions). All answered really quickly. As for the bike (engine x) it’s the best thing I’ve ever bought. I am recovering from a hip replacement after many years of suffering with pain which in turn gave me bouts of depression. I’ve not been able to cycle since April 2022. This bike has saved my sanity and is helping me with my recovery. The build quality is really good and I’ve already after a few days of ownership added some extras (phone holder and mirrors). Looking to get a box for the back now so I can go out on longer rides with my camera and food and drink. Honestly if you’re thinking of getting an e-bike then these bikes are great and the prices are reasonable. With the new customer discount I paid £979 and I think for what it’s doing for my physical and mental health it’s worth every penny! I just hope that Engwe’s customer service further down the line if I need it are as good as they have been so far. Too many businesses don’t give a damn once you’ve bought their goods. Please Engwe don’t be like those others and look after your customers because there’s where you’ll get your loyal, repeat customers.
