I bought an Engwe M20 after great customer service from Engwe. I wanted the M20 2.0, but it wasn’t available despite being listed on the website. They offered me the M20 instead, and I’m glad they did—it’s a fantastic bike! I’ve had a blast riding it with no issues at all. The customer service was top-notch, making the experience even better.
