A friend of mine has had the Engwe M20 for a couple years now and loves it. He rides it everywhere and hasn't had any issues. So when it came time for me to get one, I knew it was going to be an Engwe bike. The price for what you get is very good. Luckily the Engwe M20 2.0 was out by the time I was looking. My son has a scooter so I wanted a bike so we could ride together. I ordered the Engwe M20 2.0 and the shipping was fast and arrived without any damage. Not even a scratch. I've reached out to Engwe with questions and they always respond very fast. I know they have wonderful support. Anyway, the bike has been so much fun and performs very well. Thank you Engwe!!!
