Don't do this to yourself. I have a N1 Air. I live on Cambridge, not the middle of the woods. I punctured my rear tire. No shop wants to touch it because they don't want to take responsibility disconnecting the motor. The only shop I found that can take a look has a place in 1 month. All for a simple puncture. There's no way of contacting Engwie support. It's too early for electric bikes in UK and no repair shop wants to touch Engwie. Don't buy it, it's more a hassle than it's worth. You'll be constantly afraid of punctures.Edit: support came back saying that a blowout is due to road conditions. I understand it is, but if you have a puncture in your rear tire, no shop is going to fix that for you. Halfords won't do that, company policy. Smaller shop won't do that. Your only option is dismantling the tire yourself and risking disconnecting the motor and invalidate warranty. Support is abysmal, the only way to connect with them is via an app with a small form that doesn't render well in Android. Obviously support answers via pre-canned translated responses and is not of real help. That's what you get the you buy Chinese. Don't do this to yourself, a simple puncture puts you in a terrible position. Don't buy this.
