Really bad. I have have very low TRT, which was confirmed by the $300 independent blood tests that I undertook by instruction of the website. I was expecting a call from the 'patient assistant care' and then the GP, but all I received was an email indicating that I need to go see a GP. Having already done that previously and being told I that TRT was not for me (standard medicare GP speel) I thought I would try these specialists. This is not what is advertised on the we page, and there is no phone number to call. I would advise using an alternative supplier that actually has people you can talk to. This is likely a scam site.
