The only consults I've had so far are the initial ones before the first supply is granted despite being subbed for 4 months. No blood test requests, no plan changes, no concern just radio silence except for the support tickets I've written. They have just transitioned to HORMN (previously Enhanced Mens Health) which is their excuse to neglect customer care plans. New accounts don't seem to function correctly & they've also increased subscription price by 50% minimum. $83 to $120-140.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I approached the clinic in December 2025 for what was my first look into men’s health support. Now three (3+) months later I’ve spoken to a doctor once and have had no further development in my plan and remain still on the basic trial dose. The communication from the company with updates due to a brand change has been woefully poor. They have no plan, no timeline and no customer focus or service plan. If you enjoy wasting money on a futile adventure, Enhanced Men’s Health or now HORMN are the team to use. If I could give ZERO stars I would!

Rebranding to Hormm for 50% price increase!

You pay a monthly subscription but can’t actually access anything , can’t get bloods done , can’t order . Changing the service on existing clients is wild, seems like some changes have happened higher up without actually consulting any clients - and for this poor/ reduced service - price hike from $88 to around $120 a month! WillBe looking to transfer.
