The clinic is legitimate and a much needed service for men. The medical process is legitimate and thorough and the treatment works!The Doctor I consulted with was informative and genuinely cared about improving mens health. The prescription and delivery was seamless.However..The process to make an appointment and the administration overall is lacking. The patient dashboard is very poor and you have to enter ALL of your details every time you try to book a review. They never seem to know if they have your latest blood tests and ask for them every time. Appointments can be cancelled without warning and no effort is made to explain or reschedule. It is up to you to go back to the website, find a new time and enter all of your details again.Don't get me wrong, this is a great clinic and I recommend trying them out. Just expect some frustration.If they ever get their website, admin and customer service up and running they will be 5/5 every time!
