The only consults I've had so far are the initial ones before the first supply is granted despite being subbed for 4 months. No blood test requests, no plan changes, no concern just radio silence except for the support tickets I've written. They have just transitioned to HORMN (previously Enhanced Mens Health) which is their excuse to neglect customer care plans. New accounts don't seem to function correctly & they've also increased subscription price by 50% minimum. $83 to $120-140.
