Review Time
Ordered a framed print in February and did not receive my order. Emailed the Gallery several times to no avail and eventually rang.They said they had underpriced the item and then said it was a Web site error but they stated they knew about these discrepancies since 22nd February.
Absolutely useless company. Ordered a print in the middle of March and still have not received it. Waited until the expected delivery period was over, still no word from them, sent them a message and was informed they didn’t have the print where they were expecting and had to get it from one of their other warehouses but it would be overnighted to me and was given a date to receive it by. Once again waited, no updates and no print. Sent a further email to the man who had got back to me, no response. Had to send another contact form from the beginning as no direct reply. Still waiting on a response. Fairly sure at this point that this company is a scam. Will be on to the bank to get my money back.
