I am so recommending this business to everyone who has an outdoor above ground pool! Hands down the best place to get my supplies for my pool! Couldn’t be happier with anyone I’ve ever purchased from. I loved my pool so much and couldn’t stop talking about it to my family and friends. My mother went and got her own above ground pool! Completely shocked by her large purchase and I helped her with the chemicals and keeping the water clean and clear. The pump just wouldn’t come on one day and still very new and very little wear to be “done”. So I called the place she purchased the pool and accessories and they informed me of the “warranty” that came with the pool. The customer service people advised me to contact Intex and they would be happy to help me with the problem. I contacted Intex and the incredibly friendly, helpful representative took my name and reason for calling. Truly the nicest, totally genuine all around helpful customer service I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with in my life! I was so impressed by the respectful service I was shown . Everything said was going to go in order for solving my dilemma ; happened exactly the way I was told. Took a short amount of time and I was hooking the brand new pump to the pool in no time! I was thinking it was going to take forever to get the new pump from them and boy was I Amazed by the care and compassion of this business! Still can’t believe how well it worked out for my mom’s summer pool experience by the value of Intex! The new pump was hooked up and worked perfectly for the entire rest of the summer season! Quality products are what u will get from them anytime you buy from them and they thrive on making their customers feel Great about their decision to buy from Intex. Looks like we are going to have an early spring and summer is around the corner! And my mothers pool and pump are ready to be set up right now! Couldn’t be happier with the transaction and I only purchase my pool supplies from Intex only! They are so nice to talk to and only want please their customers! I’ve had a few above ground pools in my lifetime. So I can firmly say this company only has ur best interests in mind when you contact them with anything! And I don’t know anyone else like the awesome pleasantries received by the awesome customer service people! And everything explained to me that is the way they are going to make happen. Not many businesses out there today that are so helpful and extremely knowledgeable and sweet and friendly to customers who call with whatever issue they are facing. But they stand by their word and only deal with the best of the best quality of their products. I am here to tell you that I had an amazing experience through all of my work with the maintenance of the pool and could not be happier with them! They totally honor their customers and stick by their products and I am so impressed with the whole experience. If u have a spa or above ground pool or thinking about purchasing pool supplies.. Intex is my one stop 🛑 shop I am faithful and loyal to Intex. U will not be disappointed if you go with them. We bought the 10 foot above ground pool. Pump did not last but maybe two months, and I was diligent about maintenance. Bought an after market pump and did well through the summer. When we went to refill today, Pool had two holes. We bought a patch kit to discover two more holes in the bottom upon refilling.
I had a very different experience than the others im seeing. I contacted them through their website about an issue i had with my airbed and the next day I got a response in which they asked for a little more information and the next day i was told my replacement would be sent and it was delivered timely and I am very happy with intex.
The company was great to work with. When I contacted them regarding the product they responded promptly and replaced it quickly. My dissatisfaction is with the product itself. The original purchase broke down quickly and the replacement was not any better. I wont be purchasing another one of their products.
I received my first Intex 4 person hot tub to find that the motor housing was cracked. Intex immediately replaced the motor and housing. Months later, I developed a leak in the tub and Intex replaced the tub. I also was not happy with the initial spa cover (to bulky and hard to put on. I kept researching for a better spa cover and Intex developed one! The newer one fits better and is easier to take off and put on! I couldn't me more happy with the product and the Intex customer care people!!
Very Easy to get a new product because I had a warranty. Phone personal were courteous & patien.
Website could have a longer (use) time as it kept timing out. I managed to get all info onto it though it took about 3 tries
The warranty on my pump was incredible. I contacted the company to order a new pump because the pump I had started leaking at the main seal. The company representative looked my account up and noticed the pump I had was under warranty so it was replaced at no cost to me. The pump works great! Thank you for being such a great company with a great warranty.
The setup instructions were a little vague or maybe the pictures. Using the pump for the tub to pump up both the spa and cover is very clever, it just took me a minute (several actually) to figure out the transition. I’m in northern Idaho so we have lows in the 10’s or lower and it has kept its temp (obviously dropping with bubbles coming from cooler air), but usually I’m done at 101. I couldn’t find a pump cover to fit this model, so I just wrapped a winter coat around it. Our spa has a roof over it, so obviously snow is not a problem. At first set up, the pump kept shutting off; they sent us a new one immediately. Great customer service.
I was provided with a replacement 6 person tub for what I thought was a very fair price.
The replacement tub also developed a leak in the same location within a matter of months. I spoke with a customer service representative who asked me questions about placement and usage. Upon completion of our discussion, he informed me that another tub would be sent under warranty.
This company has been great to deal with, it’s particularly refreshing not speaking to a call center that has no clue how to resolve an issue.
