I would like to quote another reviewer's comments on Erjerr.com, as their experience matches mine perfectly. I ordered the same shoe as they did, advertised in an attractive material that resembles suede, but the shoes that arrived were made of some kind shiny plastic or vinyl.Other reviewer's comments:"DO NOT purchase from this company. Deceptive advertising. I bought a "step-in Orthopedic Hiking shoe". What a joke. Shoe is inferior materials made of cheap plastic and perforated foam. Shoe is unwearable. Not standard sizing. Customer service is a joke. I feel scammed. They offered 20% off another purchase and state that if I return them it will be very expensive international shipping (although the return address is in the states). I rate this company a ZERO."What I can add is that if I could give this company a "minus 5" rating, I would.
