I would give a 1/2 star or No star if allowed, This is a scam outfit. DO NOT buy from this company. They do not have a contact phone# and do not accept returns or exchanges. They have the most ridiculous return procedure I ever saw. Read these instructions below from them:
You have to take pictures of the shoes, then request an evaluation, then provide all order details not provided with package-Package arrive empty on purpose. Then if you qualify based on who knows what, you may get a return slip and you pay to return them, however that fee is negotiable based on-who knows what again? The return instructions are two pages long and NO Address is provided
Please don’t buy anything from this scammer company. I ordered a king size quilted comforter set for $109.95 and received a king size thin bedsheet. It is useless to me. Enjerr will not refund my money. They offered 15 percent off next purchase. I will not do business with them again. I sent a custmer complaint to Paypal who hopefully will not do business with this company again.
This company is SCAMMY!!! Poor Quality, fit, with TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! No full refund! They resend multiple emails slowly offering:you discounts/ or refunds—15%,20%,25%,30%, etc, but never 100%!!! PASS ON THIS COMPANY!
Many companies that promote themselves across various article websites with appealing images and unfamiliar brand names are often scams. They take advantage of customers and then rebrand to start the cycle anew. It's crucial to research on platforms like Trustpilot before making any purchases from such entities. If it seems too good to be true, it likely is!
I want to echo another reviewer's sentiments about the service, as their experience aligns perfectly with mine. I ordered the same footwear that was promoted as being made from an appealing material resembling suede, but what I received was made from a shiny plastic or vinyl. Other reviewer's comments: "AVOID this company at all costs. Misleading advertising. I purchased a 'step-in Orthopedic Hiking shoe' and it's a complete disappointment. The shoe is made from subpar materials, including cheap plastic and perforated foam. It's unwearable and sizing is not standard. Customer service is ineffective. I feel deceived. They offered a 20% discount on a future purchase and mentioned that returning the item would incur high international shipping costs, despite the return address being domestic. I would rate this company a ZERO." To add my thoughts, if I could give this service a 'minus 5' rating, I certainly would. In my 35 years of online shopping, this has been the worst experience I've encountered. ABSOLUTELY, do NOT make any purchases from this company!
I would like to quote another reviewer's comments on Erjerr.com, as their experience matches mine perfectly. I ordered the same shoe as they did, advertised in an attractive material that resembles suede, but the shoes that arrived were made of some kind shiny plastic or vinyl.Other reviewer's comments:"DO NOT purchase from this company. Deceptive advertising. I bought a "step-in Orthopedic Hiking shoe". What a joke. Shoe is inferior materials made of cheap plastic and perforated foam. Shoe is unwearable. Not standard sizing. Customer service is a joke. I feel scammed. They offered 20% off another purchase and state that if I return them it will be very expensive international shipping (although the return address is in the states). I rate this company a ZERO."What I can add is that if I could give this company a "minus 5" rating, I would. In over 35 years of online purchasing, this has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. ABSOLUTELY, do NOT order anything from Enjerr!
The same as everyone else. Ordered a "quilted" tote bag and paid £12 for expedited shipping as I wanted it for Christmas. Didn't arrive until January and is definitely not quilted. Just an ordinary canvas bag with a photo of a quilted bag printed on it. I have started the returns process and they are claiming that there is nothing wrong with the bag - which is true. I am claiming that it has been mis-sold. So far they have offered me a 15% refund. I'm not giving up!
Why, oh why didn't I read the customer reviews before I ordered a "quilted" tote bag as a Christmas present. I paid $15 for expedited shipping and it didn't arrive until January 10th. The tote bag was not "quilted". Totally deceptive. They describe their bags as "quilted" three times. I haven't started the return process yet but based on other reviews I'm not looking forward to it.
I ordered a pair of shoes from an internet ad that were supposed to help seniors with balance problems. My credit card was charged $53. It was well over a month later when a white plastic bag arrived from California with Yuelin as the sender. Inside was a clear plastic bag with a pair of shoes thrust inside. No invoice or list of contents and order number, nothing. Although I had ordered my correct size, I couldn't even get my feet in then. The shoes did not have the size marked on them anywhere and of course there was no box. The quality was quite shoddy. The soles were supposed to be rubber; instead they were some kind of plastic that looked very likely to skid. And these were marketed for seniors with balance problems! I finally found an email address online for an Enjerr service center. I got a response asking for photos of the shoes and the plastic bags showing a bar code. I sent those. The response: we can't do refunds unless there is a problem with quality. I told them the quality was substandard and they were much too small, so that I could not even get them on. Response: overseas postage is so expensive (although the shoes came from California, not China) so we can't take them back. We can offer you a coupon for 20% off if you want to buy again. !!!! As if anyone would be that stupid. They are sorry for the inconvenience. I replied that it wasn't an inconvenience; it was a rip off. They wished me "a nice life." Here is how they could improve: they could emulate Leon Leonwood Bean who started a business making hunting boots over 100 years ago. All of the boots leaked where the rubber bottom part joined the leather top. He refunded everybody's money and developed a boot that didn't leak, thereby earning the trust of customers. Now LLBean is a huge, successful company, and it still makes things right with refunds and exchanges. But Enjerr is going with the quick money grab and a scam. Eventually they might find they've run out of suckers. Hope so, anyway. I am putting the shoes in a donation bin.
I just received 2 of the 3 bags I ordered today, January 7, 2026. I ordered them in November for Christmas. The bags are not 3D as pictured in the ad. Bag quality is good. It is a heavy duty material with a good handle. I wrote them to ask about my order. I got a reply with no shipping info. Their customer service is not what we’re used to, here in the US. I was glad to have them arrive, I was afraid I was out the money. I was afraid they were not a legitimate company. FYI FROM CA
