The same as everyone else. Ordered a "quilted" tote bag and paid £12 for expedited shipping as I wanted it for Christmas. Didn't arrive until January and is definitely not quilted. Just an ordinary canvas bag with a photo of a quilted bag printed on it. I have started the returns process and they are claiming that there is nothing wrong with the bag - which is true. I am claiming that it has been mis-sold. So far they have offered me a 15% refund. I'm not giving up!
