I like to say I love this company and before a month or so ago I did. Now, after a disappointing valentines day when a bogo order I ordered in plenty of time for valentines day was canceled because they had shipping issues. When I contacted them to request they resend the order they told me that the bogo deal was over and that if I wanted the product I'd have to pay full price. That was disappointing and I explained to them that the issue was not on my side of things and asked that they honor the bogo. They stopped replying to my emails at that point. So, I went online to review the company, which I realize I should have done before buying the 1st time. I was shocked to hear that the thc we've been using is not what was advertised. After the mishap with the valentines bogo order and more importantly reading about theyre false advertising I can no longer buy from this company. I did however give them 1 star because though we're no longer happy, we we're happy with their products prior to searching for reviews.
