Its been almost a month and the product never arrived. The tracking keeps saying it was out for delivery 10 days ago but no one ever contacted me for delivery and when i contacted the customer service they gave me their logistic company and asked me to follow up on my own. Until now, almost a month after the order was placed, it was still nowhere to be seen and their customer service refused to give me refund. Worst shopping experience in a long while.
