I accidentally ordered two Icicle kiss but the support team was quick to assist—Colleen made the change for me! I can't wait to try the new ones! Just a tip: applying mascara first helps if your lashes are sparse, and curling them beforehand is beneficial!

I cannot recommend this service. My package was lost by the courier, and the company took no responsibility, even though they hired them. After several attempts to get help, they directed me to the courier without assisting further. I’ve had a frustrating experience with the timeline of my order and lack of communication.
After using these magnetic lashes for one evening, I experienced severe irritation in my eyes and eyelids. They became very red, itchy, and swollen. Consulting my doctor revealed concerns about undisclosed metals in the product. I reached out to report this and requested a refund, but only received a partial refund offer, which shows a disregard for safety and health. I want to dispose of this product immediately.
