Poor business practice. This company ships their products from China, not a US based warehouse. Another one of those scammy dropship sites. They hadn't shipped my order two weeks after I placed it. They never notified me of any delays. I had to follow up with them to find out, and asked for a refund. After multiple requests, I continued to get the runaround and product still not received. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Disappointing experience.
