I ordered the product on January 8, 2025, and January 17, 2025 the product said it was on its way. I clicked the link for the shipment service, but it never moved past the shipment company of of YANWEN, yw56.com.cn. It's now March 9 and I haven't received updates and the tracking system states it never had another tracking update. Since I've been busy lately, and my mail is usually slow, I just now requested a refund.
