The company who fitted my Enphase battery and solar panels did not provide me with a good customer experience - however rest assured the customer service and support offered by Enphase is truly second to none . Prompt connection to their advisors friendly help from people who know their products and can help to guide and support you when needed. I was really impressed by the use of a video link to allow the advisor to actually see my system and easily help troubleshooting my internet connectivity issues . My Enphase battery and solar is meeting my expectations - I just need a helping hand with the sunshine !
