It's a junk service. I was pulled into this faulty company when my provider Sunpower went bankrupt. They charged me, $1000 for the monitoring system. So far, no one has shown up to install. They will give the date and reschedule after 15-20 days with some excuse. I highly doubt they have any technicians to install. Fed up with these guys, I have been waiting for the past 4 months. Now they say November 3rd, 2025, but I highly doubt it.
Don’t buy anything from these guys. Been trying for 1.5 months to fix a battery. Spent 6 days off work. Hours on the phone and I mean hours. And still nothing. False promises and really bad engineers who are supposedly diagnosing my battery. So far have not figured out anything 6 times out. Do not purchase from these guys.
I’m new to solar power and not technically minded. The company who fitted my Enphase battery and solar panels did not provide me with a good customer experience - however rest assured the customer service and support offered by Enphase is truly second to none . Prompt connection to their advisors friendly help from people who know their products and can help to guide and support you when needed. I was really impressed by the use of a video link to allow the advisor to actually see my system and easily help troubleshooting my internet connectivity issues . My Enphase battery and solar is meeting my expectations - I just need a helping hand with the sunshine !
The system in two years has had 4 different solar panels that have went down. Abd Enphase doesn't think it is a priority to have a quality system.Then blames the installer, when it is the hardware failing.My current issue is over 2 months not working. Waste of money.
I have spent many thousands of dollars for my solar panel system. A few days ago our power went out. When it came back on, the enphase gateway was no Longer connected to our Wi-Fi. I tried and tried and tried to get it reconnected. I went so far as to change Internet companies. I now have brand new internet equipment… New high speed 5G gateway, router with Wi-Fi mesh device very close to the end phase equipment. And yet no matter what I try, I cannot connect my solar panel system to Wi-Fi. No power is being generated. Every day I’m losing money. I tried to call enphase support number. They will not allow me to talk to a human being. Without technical support, there’s no way my system will work. The installer of the system is of no use. And now apparently neither is enphase. thousands and thousands of dollars down the drain.
As far as the solar company that came out, they have been terrible and now we had some network upgrades, and in enphase doesn’t want to support us not broadcasting our wireless network, which is our company’s policy. And for some reason they’re refusing to allow us to connect this way anymore After we paid and they originally set it up for this type of network.
