Great support help 5 stars.However not happy at all with main gateway controller and batteries.Purchased equipment in the fall of 2018,along with expensive battery backup.Intended to purchase additional add on batteries and panels.Late 2020 my approved installer informed me with recent updates I would not be able to increase capacity as new equipment was not compatable with my "old equipment".I would have to purchase another controller and new batteries rendering my old equipment useless.My estimate of breaking even with initial purchase is approximatly 12 years.I did not through more good money into this risky project.I am not a happy camper to say the least.
