This right now is my credit union where I have my money going directly deposited to, I am really not too happy with them and the services Due to their commercial says not only at ENT are you customer you are the owner. If I were the owner I wouldn’t have got suspended from my ATM card for 6 months, for something that was not my fault. Second, my wife tried opening A checking account and they told her no they couldn’t open her a checking account that they probably could do it In six months and six months went by and she tried to get a checking account and they still told her no she’s been there with them almost 2 years and they will not let her have a checking account. Third, when she first opened up an account one of the guys that work here at the Pueblo office made a comment to My Wife, Telling her why don’t she just get a divorce!!!! What kind of Professional business is this when she was not there at the credit union for marriage counseling???? I’ve had my account with them for about two years and I’ve tried numerous times to get a small loan because I have not even been able to get any help with anyone during this Covid situation has happened for rent and I was denied every time for even a $400 loan when my checks go directly deposited there. I’m just very upset about this whole situation with them and their services they offer because it hasn’t done me any good in anyway..,
