Deadlines passed, weeks turned into months, yet the money never arrived. Instead, I received endless emails stating: “Sorry for the delay,” “The finance team is working on it,” “Please be patient.” No payment, no timeline, no accountability. It’s alarming that, despite being present, persistent, and knowledgeable, I still couldn't retrieve my funds. If this is how they treat someone proactive, consider what happens if you leave the area or lack the means to pursue your rights. My experience suggested a pattern of delay and dismissal. I had to escalate the issue to consumer protection just to be taken seriously. No one should have to go through that to reclaim their own money. If a service cannot manage something as simple as returning a deposit, it cannot be trusted. My advice: ❌ Avoid renting here ❌ Don't assume deposits are handled fairly ❌ Don't trust verbal reassurances ❌ Don't expect accountability after leaving. There are plenty of housing options available. Choose a different one.
