I had a great experience staying with the service. The support team was very helpful and responded quickly. One representative, in particular, was instrumental in assisting me with my city registration documents, even helping with some last-minute requirements. She was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the entire process.
Regrettably, it has been over six months since my contract ended, and I still have not received my deposit. I have sent numerous emails without a proper response, and reaching anyone by phone has proven impossible. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend renting from this service, as retrieving your deposit seems unattainable.
I am writing this as a serious warning. This service does not return deposits, even when rules are followed, and patience is exercised. I was owed €850. Deadlines passed, weeks turned into months, yet the money never arrived. Instead, I received endless emails stating: “Sorry for the delay,” “The finance team is working on it,” “Please be patient.” No payment, no timeline, no accountability. It’s alarming that, despite being present, persistent, and knowledgeable, I still couldn't retrieve my funds. If this is how they treat someone proactive, consider what happens if you leave the area or lack the means to pursue your rights. My experience suggested a pattern of delay and dismissal. I had to escalate the issue to consumer protection just to be taken seriously. No one should have to go through that to reclaim their own money. If a service cannot manage something as simple as returning a deposit, it cannot be trusted. My advice: ❌ Avoid renting here ❌ Don't assume deposits are handled fairly ❌ Don't trust verbal reassurances ❌ Don't expect accountability after leaving. There are plenty of housing options available. Choose a different one.
It has been over five months, and my deposit has still not been returned, nor have my flatmates received theirs! I strongly advise against this service! The worst experience ever! As I prepare to leave, I will ensure to inform everyone to steer clear of this service and will consider reporting this matter.
