Currently, on hold with Customer service, Representative LaTiffany who is very rude. I began our conversation by telling her about the health challenges I'm currently dealing with. I told her I'd been paying my bills and wasn't monitoring it. She then asked if I was monitoring my daily usage. I told her she's very insensitive. She replied we are all entitled to our own opinions. I asked her about my Residential Street Light Billing and the gross increase of the Storm Restoration charge from May 2021 to the current invoice. I told her the dates my invoices were due when I referenced the differences in the amounts. She stated she needed the invoice numbers. I gave her the invoice number. I have been placed on hold more than 3 times and still have no answers! She stated my bill is correct because of my current usage; however, it does not explain the drastic gross increase in the Storm Restoration Charge for the Residential Street Light. If the people you hire can't handle working with the public, they should not be in customer service. Someone should really listen to this call to see how long I've been on hold. The call has been in progress for 25 minutes at this point. She returns to the line saying "One Moment please ma'am" It's almost as if she's hoping I will simply hang up. Awful customer service! She recently came back stating please hold a brief moment. I've been on hold for 3/4 of this call maybe longer. This is absolutely ridiculous! The call has been picked up and placed on hold 2 additional times with no comments from LaTiffany. She finally comes back to state Entergy has no control over this charge. Requested to speak to a supervisor.
